game not responding after the GTV IV logo. URGENT HELP
Make sure you rebuilt the archives that they are in. Also, make sure that you don't have a dodgy handling line. You may also have other conflicting mods, what else do you currently have installed other than the cars (if anything)?

OPEN IV BADLY NEED HELP
Didn't work, how would I go about contacting the devs? This must be something little but that's just really awkard to fix. Don't know why shutting down the computer would affect an xml file to do with it, and to add salt to the wound i factory reset to get it to work for 1 sodding day.

Now I've done that, it worked fine yesterday, but since I've shut it down it's now given me this error: I BADLY need help here, like really, I've looked this up and asked many people, and they have no clue as to what the hell this means. GTA IV gets FPS Lag when..
It's probably all the AI's data being loaded up at once, the pursuits on any scripts always suck up resources because of how badly optimized the GTA IV port is for pc

OpenIV Crash on load since Social Club Outage
Hey peeps, I know we recently had a social club outage due to all the people playing GTA V, and ever since that faithful night I now cannot launch Open IV. I've done all the basic schtuff in an attempt to get it working. I havwe 1) Re-installed Open IV 2) Re-installed GTA IV and tested it with default files 3) Used compatbility mode in an attempt to get the damn thing working. I'm an active skin developer for an upcoming met police clan on GTA IV, and the Open IV thing is a humungous setback, I find SPARK IV (which oddly IS working) to be horrendous compared to OPEN IV. I'll paste the screenshot of the crash image below. BTW as soon as it says "Starting." is when is crashes. I appreciate any help greatly that anyone can give to me. My last ace I can draw is factory resetting the PC, but that seems a bit drastic for what looks like an xml error.
