Alright does anyone know whats up with this?

 

I purchased all the vehicles from the in game internet site with all the military vehicles (Jeep, Troop Truck, Tank, Attack helicopter, Bigger helicopter) all on trevor as he is my kick butt country hick :P. Where are the jeep and the troop truck located at?

 

 

Tank gets put in trevors airport hanger out in the hicks.. which makes little sense to me "as the info states all planes purchased would be put in hanger", but never the less its there. The 2 helicopters are set in the helipad outside the hanger, so that's all good and done. But I've traveled all over the place trying to find the jeep and troop truck and for the life of me I cant find them. Is this a known bug atm or am I missing a location?

 

I've checked the following (also used the dpad on all spots just to be safe but no luck)

- his original house with the attached garage

- his big garage in the city where he can put vehicles there

- his pad at the strip club but couldn't find a garage or any spot other then the spawn area his truck spawns where vehicles may be placed

- also checked the other airport he can purchase "gun running one"

I hope what I just thought of isn't the case but, is it possible certain vehicles are used by specific characters.. ill check tonight though, good idea.

I would think they would go to the big garage in the city...Any character should be able to drive any vehicle, but I think only the character that owns the garage can access his garage (Trever can't access Michael's), so if it is in one of the other garages, you'll have to find a way to transfer it to the other character.

Yeah the big garage was my first stop, but all Trevor had in there was the truck I purchased from the other site in there, I dpad in there as well but nodda. Did the same at the bigger airport where the tank spawns "in the hanger" but no luck there. Even tried the police station in case it was sent there for some odd reason *shrug*. But also nothing. I've completed the game, few question mark quests still about but they should of been put somewhere. Unless its just a place that's not displayed on the map and is "secret" otherwise it has to be a bug.

 

Yeah Michael has the merc jeep that I wanted on trevor but I don't think there is away to transfer vehicles to each character unless you can go into their own garages..

 

Yeah ill test all this out tonight and see if I get something working if not hopefully rockstar has a bug fix patch sometime soon that may address the issue.

Have you tried switching parked vehicles at the hangar? If you walk up to the tank it should say that you can switch by pressign 'right' on the d-pad (or whatever it's called).

I can't find my truck and jeep as well...

Yeah did the dpad click at the hanger, but all it shows as I haven't purchased any new planes yet for that hanger is the tank. Ive submitted a ticket to rockstar to see if they can shed any light on this, and also looked around the net for answers but nothing really helps as it seems other people cant find these two vehicles. I really hope its not a bug and its just some place hidden on the map but at the same time wouldn't make much sense :P

My ticket is still in the open status with rockstar on this issue of the two vehicles "jeep/troop truck" but yeah hopefully there incoming patch, when ever it is to be released will fix the issue.

But I guess, we'll have to wait a little longer. The main focus of Rockstar is the start of GTA Online. I think, after they will have done that, they fix the other issues.

 

And I think it will take longer than we expect to release this game for pc. I read somewhere that a few feature of gta online will be implemented over time. So its likely that they first finish that project before they keep working on a pc release.

 

But hell, i can't wait. And I hope there will be an LSPDFR. Yesterday while playing, I was so jealous when I saw a police cruiser chasing a suspect. I just thought: "Fuck, get out of that police car, it used to be my job to do that!" :-D

Awesome, more folks that do have this issue and report it better chance we can get it resolved in their patch "when released" and be able to play with these toys. For now If I want them I just hit the military base and takem.. though... it gets abit ruff at times lol.

The problem is fixed in the title update that came along with GTA Online - they should be stored in your hanger now.

Sure was, which is awesome. Was kind of thinking we could customize them abit, but noda :( oh well jeep is cool :)
