I've been playing around in Minecraft for a while and only recently the attatched bug has happened. There are "seams" between the blocks. At first I thought it was a VSync error, but it's turned on in Minecraft and Nvidias control panel. It's not the texture pack, because it works on the standard one. I've tried different worlds, still happens. Tried removing the whole minecraft, still happening. 

 

So.. Anyone have any suggestions?

That happened to me, I never really found out what caused it but updating my graphics drivers seemed to fix it. You could also try downgrading your graphics drivers

If that doesn't work, you could try changing your minecraft OpenGL settings.

You could also try updating your Java version (http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/java/javase/downloads/index.html)

Tried that now, no change. Also, changing OpenGL settings did not make it better either. I'm puzzled... 

Try rolling back to an older version of minecraft (or a newer snapshot) and see if it fixes it.
