I love your skin's and your video's my friend this is PFC2 Jacob. I sent you that email via youtube.. I download the game installed the mod's and have almost the same kind's of car's as you I found a unmarked I like better for my slick top cars. However I'm having a small problem here I've been doing some digging and trying to find out were I installed them wrong because whenever I log in and play the game it run's the car's as huge white boulders. Best way I can summon it up I haven't taken any picture's to display forgive me in advance for that my friends... However I do know it's a skin problem because when I installed new car's over them with the skin's that was default... It wasn't a white ball of death with blueish lights around it... almost like a UFW from area 51 :'[

I found this video and I believe this is how I should be installing them... I wasn't so now my question is this.. I need a .png folder for the install how would I make your folder and .png or... just use your skins...???

I recommend running a diagnostic (in help forums: READ FIRST), but the fastest way to do this would be to uninstall and then reinstall the game. Then install LCPDFR, make sure it works, then download UNR3Als shit, extract the skins with SparkIV, save onto your PC somewhere, then install the car of you choice, make sure it works, and then finally change its skins to UNR3ALS.

GTA IV goes in first, LCPD:FR second. The car mods are specific to my install. I used two certain models of cars that you may not have. I used the San Francisco Police Department CVPI, and the Unmarked CVPI for police1 and police2. For just the skins themselves, you can go into the .wtd file with SparkIV or OpenIV, and extract the skins as PNG files. Then you can apply them to whatever you like.

EDIT2: Disregard all I posted last.. found the unmarked vic, light colors in the ELS mod, and all that groovy gravy. Keep up the good work guys, look forward to the next release ^_^
