I made a car and I added inner lights in the front and back and the back ones stay lit up and they don't flash

Are you using els? And did you correctly name the lights in zmodeler

 

They are not setup as extras obviously.

I already have extras 1-6 what would I name them?

You would still have them as extras 1-9 etc... And you would attach them to the other extras 1-9.

Make sure you have only 1 extra dummy of each extra part (extra1, extra2... etc.), and make sure all the lightbar lights (the ones that you want to use as flashing lights) are all children of the extra dummies. Make sure their name is set up correctly for example extra_1 dummy's light meshes should be called extra_1_L0 (and extra_1_L1 for the lod1 model)

If you want 2 different meshes under 1 extra, do not make two extra_1_L0, but simply attach them together into 1 mesh.
