Well i been tired chasing a suspect pitting him into a wall or car and his car begins to set on fire and explode any nearby vehicles.

is there a script out there that prevents car crashes to explode cars but stuff like grenades and rocket launchers is able to explode car, and if available if gun shots cant blow it up either.
