I searched but couldn't really find an answer to this. Since I can't find an unlocked Ford F-150, Explorer, or other Ford truck/SUV, I want to modify the vanilla E-109 Contender into a police truck.

 

However, I can't find a template or skin to go with it. Can anyone make a template, or find a skin for this truck?

you need a template before you can put a skin on it.

Which is what I am looking for. I can't find a template for this vehicle, and I dunno how to make one either.

As a Ford fan myself, that truck is all sorts of messed up. It has a 2004-2008 front end with a 2009-current rear end. Granted, it looks okay for what it is, but it's not right.
