I am in the final stages of making some exclusive cars for a clan, and of course, when it all seems to work together in game, I go make a few small changes to iron out some bugs, and BAM, RC-20. It is Schaefft's CVPI, with two talons, and all other scratch made lights, so it is actually really close to the original size, it's not big at all. I have double checked all of my heirarchy, and made sure that I had multiple levels of everything, I have named everthing a "misc", "extra" or a L0/L1, SO to my knowledge, I can not tell what is causing this bug. Any help would be appreciated :D

 

Try deleting the _L1 files, it could be that's making the size of the wft file too big

No do not listen to that guy ^ That makes absolutely no sense. Try dragging misc_l out of what it is currently in, and delete the empty misc, Also delete the misc_g [COL] That is not needed.

is it the BXbugs CVPI, because I had to stop using that model because it was giving me RC20

Misc_f contains everything not original to the car. Within it are Misc_L and Misc_G. Misc_L contains all of my "extras", and Misc_G contains the physical parts (light fixtures, pushbar, etc.). The Misc_G [COL] is the collidable for the pushbar, dont I need that? And Misc_J is inside of Misc_G, but it is all of the glass. Does that make sense? I figured if I clarified it would help

You might want to try using the other models like the others have said, as I get RC20 with it a lot also. I have been told it is due to something moving within the chassis or something too much, but idk...

I noticed you don't have an extra_8 in there.. that could be it try that all I use is the schaefft model and I've never found an RC20 error I couldn't fix so its definitely not the car model

 

also make sure you map the bumper trim to the car paint because the trim ruins most cars.. just a suggestion though the good modders do it haha

You do not know what causes RC20 obviously, with low skill this car is prone to RC20. Because all of Bxbugs's cars (especially this one) have the same material setups multiple times,  they are named the same thing, that is "a" reason for RC20.

well all im saying is im able to run my cvpi models just fine and everyone else that uses them says the same thing no RC20's

Yes that is because you did not fuck up. Most new people fuck up a lot.

that sir.. is extremely true.  but back on topic.. the extra_8 thing should fix it I know that if I use any thing with secondary's I have to have extra's 7, 8, and 9  even if im only using 7 and 9 im pretty sure I told you that a few days ago on teamviewer though reboot..

You guys talk like I am incredibly new. I have in fact been modding for around 6 months now. Take Stev00 for example, he is one of the best modders I know, but even he gets RC-20's.
