Enabling Passenger Seats?

Featured Replies

I couldn't find anything in a local search or a google search so I'm hoping someone here can help me figure this out.

How do you enable passenger seats in a vehicle? Is it like "coded" into the model, or is it a config file somewhere like the vehicles or handling file that can be edited?

I was playing around with some new van models today (GMC Savannah / Speedo style vans), and one of the models I tested out does not allow passengers in the back, only one passenger can ride in the front passenger seat. I'm trying to figure out how to allow passengers to ride in the back of this van, but I've not been able to figure it out on my own after hours of digging through config files and thought the knowledge base here might be a bit more useful at finding a solution.

Is the van in a van slot? Also have you tried adding the following to the vehicles.ide file at the end of the line of the car you're replacing?

Add this:

+isvan

Thanks for the response.

I tried it in the "Moonbeam" slot, which is a van in the default image so I'd hoped it would work.

The vehicles.ide has the following entries for the Moonbeam:

noboot+isvan+delivery+ext_all+livery

You need to add the dummies to the model using zModeler.

For example, each seat in every car has something like:

seat_dside_f (This being the drivers seating position)

Processor: Intel i5-6600 @ 3.30GHz

GPU: MSI ARMOR GeForce GTX 1080 OC

Ram: 16GB Skylake

Ah alright. So that's definitely going to be above my pay grade since I've not yet gotten proficient with zModeler.

Thanks for the help guys!
