I am trying to base the texture off Rio Rancho, New Mexico PD, I want your guys to see what I can improve/add.

Well you can see it by yourself, looks like text 'POLICE' has wrong font, it's smaller and extended, 'LIBERTY CITY and 'SERVING SINCE 1981' are black and have wrong font type as well. Go to dafont.com, register and post on their forum so people can exactly identify what font types you need. After you know what font types you need, google them, download them and install them. Some fonts are for commercial/private use which means you need to buy them, some of them are free which you can download, so if the fonts on that police vehicle is for commercial/private use you need to ask the people who identified those fonts, what are the similar/closest ones.

I said "Based" not exact. Meaning I choose what fonts to use. I wanted the community's feedback. Not instructions.

For the sake of not being looked at as a troll, however, I think it looks ok but definitely not accurate or as professional-looking as the authentic one. The other guy was giving you good feedback and a way to improve and I'm with him.

I'm not trying to be a asshole.  I want feedback, not telling me how to do things. This is my skin, I can do whatever I want to it, I want feedback on how they like it and what I can 'fix' not change. 

For me "based" means exact font type, color of the fonts and decals, same text size and everything that will make your skin look like the real one, except what text you will have, like having "Liberty City" instead of "Rio Rancho" or "RRPD" instead of "POLICE". I told you what you could improve and fix, you created another topic saying what font is used on that police vehicle but still you have the wrong one. If you want to have skin which is based of Rio Rancho, New Mexico PD then it should have what I said in my first sentence. The choice is yours, I don't care what are you going to do with the skin, all I know that I tried to help you how to improve and fix your skin to look as the real one and not amateur.

 

Looks like "145" and "EMERGENCY DIAL 911" have wrong font as well.

Well, I guess I will look into it. I will try to find some fonts that are very similar.
