Ok so I've got a legit copy of GTA IV and I've successfully installed LCPDFR. It's up to date and I always run as administrator. But for whatever reason when I'm in game and I press Alt + P nothing happens, nothing pops up and the cop stations don't appear on the map. I've disabled p being the key which toggles the definition but as you can imagine that's done nothing. My diagnostic report is as follows:

In case it matters, my operating system is Windows 8.

 

Try reinstalling the mod.

Could you post a screenshot of your GTA folder and scripts folder (in GTA directory)?

It should work. Maybe try starting a new game? Or reinstalling GTA?

I have tried starting a new game, I'll give reinstalling GTA a go.

Install LCPDFR as Admin...right click the installer and select "Run as Admin".

 

Also, make sure your root GTAIV folder is not Read-Only.  If it is, uncheck that box and let win do it's thing for a minute, then reinstall LCPDFR, running that installer as Admin.
