So, I accidently hit the save game option in the trainer whilst running LCPD:FR :/

 

How can I delete my gamesave??

    Go to C:Users.....DocumentsRockstar GamesGTA IVsavegames

     

    That is where you'll find the GTAIV save games.

    I only see Benchmarks, User Music and Videos... I have unhidden any hidden files??

    It's because the save files are located in X:Users%username%AppDataLocalRockstar GamesGTA IVsavegames ;)
