WIsh I could answer, OP was offline on live :( So I just waited on single player for him to log but he didn't :D Please add me maybe we get to try later.

    If you mean how does the regular GTA Multiplayer work, just open Games for Windows Live (unless you are using Xlive.dll, then it's QQ time), find a friend, and send a game invite, basically.
