I'll give a real world answer here since I'm a sheriff's deputy in Florida (thus my response will pertain to Florida statutes, FYI).

A suspended or revoked license is a bit different than an expired license. Suspended/revoked came from a court order, thus on a traffic stop I will either arrest them or give them a mandatory court date if another licensed citizen is able to drive the vehicle. This usually entails a quick call to the state attorney's office or my supervisor, but generally our agency policy is to make the arrest. To liken this to GTA, the most realistic scenario would be to arrest the driver.

Now, an expired license is one that has simply not be renewed following its expiration date. In the state of Florida, there are various statutes I can apply in this situation. If the license has been expired less than 90 days, I can write them a citation (similar to a fix-it ticket), where they have a certain number of days to go renew in order to have their fine reduced to an administrative fee. If over 90 days, it is treated like a suspended/revoked license as mentioned above.

So ultimately from a realism perspective, you can role play and decide how to handle it. If you want to follow the idea that the license is actually revoked by the courts, then make the arrest. If you want to assume it expired yesterday and they forgot to get it renewed, write the citation.

Tried reinstalling or running the game vanilla?

Try reinstalling your scripthookdotnet and advancedhook with originals. After I removed iCEnhancer one time, the water mark stayed and it kept crashing until I replaced my scripthooks. I don't know if that is coincidence or what but if some one else could comment on that I would also appreciate it.

Okay, So you all know about the small modifications I made to the LCPD Van I had, The one I renamed Traffic Enforcement Unit...Well I couldnt really sleep last night so I worked more on it, And I love the result, Share your thoughts.

Also I added the same caution stripes to the LCPD Minivan, Patrol and on the Cruiser.

Be honest and give me feedback!

Depends on my mood. First off, I will always make him exit the car, since he is not supposed to drive that without a valid license, then I either fine or arrest him, depending on how many previous citations he had and how my mood is.

Traffic Flow and Traffic Control System combined is really nice. You get a wide variety of cars. You barely get the same car twice. I'd really recommend it for you to use!

summary : Is there anyway to order cops around to hold fire? Stop firing etc. I'm also using the simple native trainer, maybe there's an option in it which makes people hold fire all around? Could work well when the suspect is disarmed.

It's getting frustrated when I stop random peds to search em' they pull a gun, I either taze , disarm them and the fellow cop that's with me keeps shooting at him even tho' he dropped the gun and tries to either run away injured or simply run away where I could just shoot his leg and then arrest him but no this allied cop has to keep shooting.

I lost so many arrests that way :( Like I have the guy with his hands behind the head XD while this officer keeps shooting from 15 meters towards him. Anyway to tell him to HOLD fire? same happened when I hit "3" looking at some spot to make him shoot at my suspect and then he'd just shoot that spot on the ground and had no way to stop him from doing so. Sometimes after he's dropped, I give him first aid, he gets up XD then he gets shot again/.
