I have a problem with LCPDFR on EFLC 1.1.2.0 . When I press Alt+P, the Blur effect turn on. I changed Alt+P : Alt+Z in ini file, but still not working.

Edit: I run the installer and LaunchEFLC.exe as admin.

Try running game as an admin. And i don't think you can change it to alt + z. Run it as admin and try hitting alt + p.

I ran as admin, but still not working.

(When I'm starting as admin, an error message: d3dx9_37.dll is missing. When I'm starting normal, the message doesn't come up.

That's your diag log, you got no Advancedhook.log or Scripthookdotnet.log? (in your GTA IV directory)
