hi guys so i have my program PAINT.NET and i learn how to make skins but here is the problem i want to make A Chicago Police Skin for Suburban and i dont know how to make that star or badge named" CAPS" can someone respond to this topic and help me? REGARDS

    That is a part of making the skin. Taking the time to find the emblems, to find good emblems, to cut them out and to stick them on the car. It takes some time. Google will be your friend in finding badges, just take it slowly.
