First time poster, 2 week fan of this mod :)

Anyone who has any tips or hints how to overcome the handcuff bug?

When I start run after a criminal and taps "E", the log says that he is cooperating, but I get no options to handcuff him or not, so when I try hit again, then he starts running and thats how it is for me the upcoming 10 minutes :)

Aim at the person at gunpoint and then press E.

Are you using a controller by any chance? LB does not work for arresting. It doesn't work sometimes, because remember, this is still in beta. I really don't want to say this, but you'll just have to live with LCPDFR. After a couple of weeks, you get used to its flaws and then you get really good at preventing them. Hope I wasn't that much of a waste :D

You wouldn't happen to being running Braveheart's Policing Script would you? If so, you just have to keep hitting E while aiming at them until it eventually works.

Yeah, probably his issue. Braveheart is good for calls, not anything else. Breathalyzer, meh. But that resist arrest feature is absolutely useless. 

Just go into Policing.ini and set Resist Arrest to False.  That will alleviate any issue with arresting suspects.  You will not have every other arrest turn into a foot chase or shootout, way better with this setting turned off.
