so i reinstalled LCPDFR 3 times already and yet still i can't arrest people, not in single player nor online, any help? yea im pressing E once , then repeatadly spamming it, yea im standing infron and behind the suspect, doesnt work

For me it does work...(I don't think the Testers version is any different from the people's)...
