The ISS is a really cool thing, but perhaps even cooler is the the collaboration that it develops and encourages between people.  In a world where the West and East disagree and conflict so often, it's always nice to see American astronauts standing side by side with Russians, forming friendships and their governments actively supporting and promoting it.

Glad to hear they reached orbit safely.  Once again, NASA and Roscosmos proving that they are the best in the business.

EDIT: Soyuz TMA-09M has safely docked to the ISS and the crews are now integrated.

Yeah just think back to the space race, the Americans and Russians were like enemies, fighting to see who could get the first man in space, get a satellite in orbit, get a man on the moon etc... and now there friends working in space.
