I have installed LCPDFR on the latest update everything is working expect the sirens sound kind of messed up and the light don't toggle can someone help me properly install this with lights and everything I'm also using ELS v6 they don't turn on and the diagnostic tool saids ASI loader not found I have both dsound.dll and live some one please help I want to play :(

As Taximan said, delete either Xlive.dll or Dsound.dll (If you're using downloaded save games i recommend to delete dsound)

Anyways I don't know what kind of problem there is with ELS. There should be a readme that should tell you exactly where to put everything.

ELS.asi and .ini go directly into your folder (not /scripts) and the sirens you should use Spark IV. Sfx>residents.prf>HORNS.ivaud, just import and replace.
