if you dont know how to create a windowed command line here's what you do
1 create a text file called commandline.
2 open the text file and type in -windowed .
3 save it and put file in your gta 4 directory, Done!!!!

Enjoy !!!

This isn't gta iv for you mobile, this is looking at your computers screen from your phone. You will still need to have your computer on and running, and someone at it open up gta whenever you would want to "play" it. Also never use more then one ! In an OP title.

No virus i have tryed this my self No virus

This isn't "playing GTA IV on your phone", all you're doing is remotely accessing your desktop PC from your phone, you're still running GTA IV on your PC.

yea ik some people will just call it for mobile since your playing the game from your phone!
