Having Major Problems with SparkIV

Featured Replies

so ive downloaded a version of spark iv (specifically 0.7.0 beta1) and I continue to get the error message saying it could not load "RageLib.FileSystem" after clicking on the gta4 button in the top left corner. I have no idea what to do as I am very new to mods and even computer gaming.

I have tried downloading other versions of spark iv but every other version ive downloaded wont even open. it always says "spark isn't working and is checking for a solution" then auto closes

any help would be greatly appreciated, I really want to play this game

I recommend you try OpenIV instead.

i have problems finding the folder with gtaiv.exe in it

If you bought your version off Steam then it is located in something like this example if you run a 64 bit system  EXAMPLE:  C:Program Files (x86)SteamSteamAppscommonGrand Theft Auto IV.  A 32 bit system won't have Program Files (x86) just Program Files.  Odd because OpenIV usually finds the executable on it's own I only have to point it to the EFLC executable.  Hope this helps
