I changed the ELS menu key to Alt instead of Ctrl.  I just reversed the two keys in the ELS.ini.

I encountered the same thing.    The default Ctrl+M maybe is conflicting with LCPDFR itself sometimes.

 

The very first 2 times i tried ELS 7 i crashed as i tried accessing the car.

 

Changed a whole bunch of the ELS 7 key bindings and the 3rd time it worked fine and many times after.   I have 3-4 other mods/scripts that take up keys,  so heck i re-worked ELS keys rather than toying around with the other 3 scripts.
