Do not ... please... do not edit without permission, took me a while to make it(Not really just 2 hours of photoshopping), so yeah don't steal please.

Edit: After I looked at the screens i thought the Police signs and all that were kinda small... made them bigger.

PS: I ripped everything from LAPD cars... took me a while to search like 100 pictures from all angles, and then clean them so they wouldn't look bad.

Not quite. LAPD uniforms have sleeves. And their uniform is black, not blue.
