whenever i push a button for sirenes such as L,K or J it is extremely delayed. I have to hold one of these buttons for 10 seconds untill the lights go on. is this normal? how to fix it?

• Open ELS.ini in your GTA directory
• Find: "ToggleLightsPri", "ToggleLightsSec", "ToggleTakedowns"
