I'm having a wierd issue with my game, sometimes.

 

Sometimes civilians are immune to my punches, i have to hit them with a baton or taser to get any compliance. 

 

Otherwise just fighting sucks cause i can do no damage to them?! WTF? help me please.

    I think the part about no damage being inflicted is the Braveheart Script.  It was fixed in a previous version, but with the latest version the peds are immune to damage from fists or the good ole' baton.
