Its a Federal Signal Vista like Chippy said but the one in the photo he posted is the halogen model. The one in the video has the LED/Strobe modules

    Awesome thanks guys now do you know where I can find the model or at least this model!  I searched all of GTApolicemods.com but no Emmy T_T
