Do you have high-poly ELS cars in the police and noose slots?  That can cause issue when spawning backup, create lag and crash the game.

Yes i use the texas car pack by cj24!So you think this is the problem?

Generally, as a rule of thumb, try and keep the cars that spawn the most often (i.e. police, police2, police3, police4) as non-els low poly cars.  Even guys with super fast gaming computers have issues when modding those slots.  I only mod my noose and nstockage with the really nice high-poly ELS cars, and by doing that I've minimized game crashing and lock-ups to where I can usually play 2-3 hours straight.  Although at times I'll crash within 30-mintues, but after that first crash, for some reason, my game will remain stable with good FPS.

Hope that helps out.
