Im new to Lcpdfr and had a few questions.,.........What do I open Lcpdfr with... And do i need the GTA disc??? Also when I downloaded it it said it couldn't automatically find file to save it to... Where do I save it to and how can I play it with steam..?????

If you have GTAIV installed, with the latest patch, just run the installer.  Before you do, I think you have to play the first scenario in GTAIV first, then install LCPFR.  Run the diagnostic tool if you have issues (located on main download page).  It will tell you what you're missing, file wise.

No. You need GTA IV.

 

LCPDFR is a modification for Grand Theft Auto IV, so you can't run LCPDFR without it.

 

Make sure your PC is powerful enough to run it before you buy it.

If you have a download version i.e Steam then yes it will still work, but as for cracked versions LCPD:FR is not supported.
