I would like to change the visibility so I can get some FPS. I know you can change it like the timecyc.dat or visualsettings.dat, but how?

change draw-distance to 1 that might help allot! 

As said above, you can do that in game with the slider control. If turning draw distance low and details down doesn't help you, it's time for a new computer.

Ok ill give it a try.

 

tried, did not work but I once had a setting that make like a island no visible if that helps and I dont want to get rid of Radiance mod.
