Hi

I already installed GTA4 Patch 1.0.7.0 ( I didn't patch EFLC as I don't have any extension pack for GTA4)

I used automatic installer for installing LCPDFR 0.91

And I have already installed the Visual C++ 2010 and Netframework 4.0 from the site that provided by this forum

I cannot use Diagnostic Tool as all DL links for that software are dead

Also I used administrator rights when I excute the automatic installer and GTAIVLauncher.exe (Also my account in PC already enjoys administrator rights)

I tried to uncheck "read only" button in the GTA4 folder in programme files, but it automatically changed back to "read only" every time

I used Win Vista 32 bit and start the game without using any 100% save (actually it starts from the beginning of the story)

It is hoped that someone can give me a hand with this issue

Reinstall framework standalone and C++.

Then run Windows Update!

Start your game with a right click and choose run as an admin. (same for the diag tool)

Do you use a crack?

I did it

I install C++ (It does not exist in my PC before) , and I reinstall (Or I should say "repair") the framework (I have flamework before, so it has only a option called "repair')

Would you mind telling more detail about "Windows Update", What's that? Is it a patch or something else?

I already use a admin account to excute the exe, even I right click and choose to run as admin....still no response

I bought a hard copy of GTA4, it has two DVD, I never use illegal copies in GTA4, so I never use any cracks

Use the Windows Search and search after Windows Update. Run it and install all updates.

Use xlive.dll instead of dsound.dll.

I tried to DL the Diagnostics and the loink works

Now it give out such kind of error

I said reintsall the things in my post above.

Before install them deinstall the other ones.

And click on more information and post the log here.

You are missing ScriptHook, its usually included in the installer.
