Why did it remove 200 million dollars from me, those were all of my lester assassinations and it took the fucking money, and now since I already did them there is no going back.

    It's never recommended to save the game with mods installed. If you didn't, you can just load the save without any mods. If you did, you can just restore it using a trainer or cheats.
