Can you please start RPHG and click on the cog icon? Go to the plugins tab and set no plugins to load on startup. Then hit save and launch. Once in game, press F4 and type "LoadPlugin LSPDForstResponse.dll". Go on duty as normal, does that work? If not attach your newest log found in your main game directory.
