Hey guys i was starting my game up with rph then i get this message EVERYTIME i start it up try everything i can possible see or find out the problem. i restarted my game restaill it and delete openiv and lspdfr and try everything i see on youtube still no help can someone please help me understand whats going on?

Then you need to update to at least windows 10 (windows 10 ended support as well so be aware of that)
