Okay we are getting somewhere at least. Can you load LSPDFR and make sure it works, if there are any issues, upload the RagePluginHook.log

If it works fine, then I suspect one of your Scripthook plugins was causing an issue. Add them back one at a time and test

okay i take the plugin out add,each one at a time.But when i add scripthookv and native trannier back in it crash they all up to date. so still mean its the plugins

Scripthook is only going to load mods, not run anything itself, so have that installed first and check, and if the game works, then add one scripthook mod at a time. You may need to start over

So if it's related to Scripthook, then your mods folder and openiv likely won't make a difference.

First make sure you have the latest ScriptHookV, and ScriptHookVdotnet nightly, and make sure the game loads (with no scripthook mods installed, just scripthook itself)

If that then works, add one scripthook mod and test to see if the game works
