Root Cause Analysis

1. Invalid Entity Handle: The pursuit scanner is iterating through entity handles and encounters one that either:

   • Has been deleted from memory but the handle is still referenced

   • Was never properly initialized

   • Points to freed/deallocated memory

2. Missing Null Check: The ScanForNewPursuit() method doesn't validate the entity handle before calling get_EntityType(), resulting in a memory access violation.

3. Trigger Conditions:

   • Occurs during story mode loading/gameplay

   • Likely triggered when spawning/despawning entities during dynamic pursuit scanning

   • May occur when multiple entities are being created/destroyed rapidly

So your first message and the log show complete different errors.

Do you still have issues or is it resolved?

i still have issues i removed it and launched it then its working. If i enable the plugin it crashes. First error idk where claude got it from. but heres the latest i enabled and launched and it crashed again. i have it disabled for now.

Hi, V1.3 is quite out of date as I haven't add the chance to update this mod. I am working on an update but trying to juggle 3 mods and work is proving quite a task. A new update should be available in a couple of weeks :). I hope this helps

Thank you for pointing that out I didn't even realise hahaha. an update for enhanced will come at a later date when I ger some more free time :)
