Hello all, I hope everyone is doing ok, I am making this post to get some insight on some blurry textures ONLY in this little area of Rockford Hills shown in the video below, you can see im missing traffic lights and some building textures around Rodeo Drive is blurry..Any reason for this? I use QauntV, LivleyWorld Expansion High Density for map mods in this area...All my police vehicles that came with the game are now Explorers, Durangos and Tahoes etc..Which I dont think is causing this...Any idea? I have a resource adjuster and changed my LSPDFR setting from True to False - and its only that 1 block in Rockford HIlls. https://streamable.com/wgm24m

Have you tried increasing the Extended Texture Budget (Graphics tab) in the settings to see if it still happens?

You can also install a better gameconfig. Don’t forget about HeapAdjuster, Packfile Limit Adjuster.
