Anyone can help me as I have tried reinstalling the game and reinstalling the game config and turn off antivirus and also updated my mods and config. I have tried flushing steam config and trying to see what works. I have also deleted add on vehicles and replace vehicles to see if the game will load. I need assistance as I messages support to see if I can get any assistance.

Sure, here it is, I am thinking it can be a compatibility issue not sure if it can be as the build version 3751 I downloaded is for legacy and I also have enhanced if that helps. Here is the log : RagePluginHook.log

I know now 3751 is for enhanced and the one for legacy does not work and once it loads RPH does not load at all

I tried for enhanced version and still will not load not sure what to do

LSPD First Response (Enhanced Preview) 0.4.9 (Build 9476) - Enh 1013.29 is for the Enhanced version.
LSPD First Response 0.4.9 (Build 9476) – GTA 3751 is for the Legacy version. For proper installation, please follow this tutorial (click here).

Create an exception in Windows Security or in any antivirus program you are using for the Grand Theft Auto V folder. Then, you can also create an exception for RAGEPluginHook.exe, which is located in the same folder.
I recommend starting with a new, clean, and fresh copy of GTA 5.

If you installed RPH for the Enhanced version, it will not work properly on the Legacy version.

Thank you for your reply, I did have the legs y version it was not loading up when I finished downloading it. So, I had to figure out what to do to make it work. I did turn off windows anti virus and did not even installed a mod yet wanted to do a test run and it did work fine and with two mods I added work perfectly. It is until I tried going back it kept crashing and I am not sure why as the mods I added are for that exact build and was not even much. I added only EUP menu and two dlc packs and call outs. For enhanced I never started as I read somewhere not every mod works for it so I stayed with legacy.

I also checked on rage plugin’s site and they have not release a version for legacy that works for compatibility and another huge issue why it will not work for me. Do not know when it will work as never know if they will release it and can't even enjoy playing the game because of a compatibility issue.

What mods did you install exactly, and did the game crash after you installed them?

Sure, I installed EUP menu and L&O and serve and rescue, scripthook v new version 3751.0 and game config. I installed enhance native trainer, simple trainer, ELS lighting system, MCC call outs, 686 call outs, grammar police, police redefining, callout interface, search items reborn, stop the ped, modding DLC PACK, Packfile limit adjuster, heap adjuster, swat response call outs, crime scene call outs which does not work so I will delete this one, shotspotter, dearly call outs, cross country never used just saved not installed, Xscanner, urban call outs, police menu, animal control service and coroner service and the tools I use are open IV and the car dlc packs are all downloaded from here. These are just a few I downloaded and installed.

After install, the game would start-up and was close to starting then asked if it should be run as admin and then closes completely and again anti virus is off. I am not sure as I did uninstall half of my mods and did remove the plugins as well and still the same.

I forgot to add ultimate backup United call outs vocal dispatch and compulite and police smart radio

Okay so you're essentially starting anew with an entirely different version of game/RPH so we will treat it as a different problem.

Can you try launching into singleplayer normally first, and then starting RPH?

Sure Gan, I sure can and will try to see if it works. Would any of the mods I have installed have caused it? I only gotten my mods through here and GTA V mods site

Okay perfect, so give it a go and see if it crashes again, if it does, upload the new log please

Also try what I said about launching into singleplayer normally first and then starting RPH

Okay, I will I just downloaded it and extracted it and just replace the old version 2669 I believe for GTA and replaced it with the new version and I reinstalled GTA from steam so it will take a while for me to try and loading the game in single player and then rage. I did it before yesterday i worked only when I tried launching rage it crashed but, we will see if it works this time.

Okay, I wanted to say knowing open iv works well with legacy not with enhanced is why I chose it. I do have both as I tried roh with enhanced and it work perfect it did close without a crash report and that is without any mods.

Yes OpenIV I believe needs to be updated for enhanced as there are still issues. A lot of vehicle mods are not going to currently work on enhanced either

Okay, I tried reinstalling Gta v legacy and it work to load up the screen for gta without rage and did not load the game. I did get the latest version for rage through page I put on here and it says it cannot recongine the name of it and check the spelling and rage shortcut disappears. I did turn off antivirus before doing all of this and still cannot load the game with rage and without rage. I tried installing the game through steam and same result.

I would love to play and mod the game but this has been a frustrating adventure trying to fix this. Not sure what to do anymore.

The RagePluginHook.log says that there are no errors in the log.

Whether you choose automatic or manual installation, the result should be the same. After installing, either way, make sure you have the following files in the main folder (Grand Theft Auto V):

• An LSPDFR folder with the following folders inside:

• audio

• chars

• data

• A Plugins folder with LSPD First Response.dll inside

• RAGEPluginHook.exe

If your game folder includes all of these files, it is very likely that your installation of LSPDFR was successful.

To launch the game with LSPD First Response active, simply double click on RAGEPluginHook.exe.

Try installing or repairing the latest version of Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable.
Try installing or repairing the latest version of .NET Framework 4.8.1.

Try installing or repairing the latest version of DirectX End-User Runtime.

Okay, I will try that as I am going to do the automatic install and hopes it works. I did backup my mod files and just will use about one dlc pack and one add on vehicle. That's about it I am not sure what is going on I followed literally everything and watched every tutorial correctly even slower it down lol to do this correct and still it crashed multiple times. Then thought is can be a compatibility issue and not sure what to do I even downgraded gta to work with the build I had for that version did not worked. I am not sure what is going on should I switch tools to out my mods like LML if that is still used.
