When trying to pull a car over they will pull over, but when I get up to the window to the pulled over car, or just simply get out of my car, they just start to pull off like nothing happened.

Post the RagePluginHook.log, which can be found in the main game folder.

Can you provide any other details about the issue?

it happens all the time and I really can't pinpoint where the problem might be.

RagePluginHook.log

According to the log:

You need to update NPCI to the latest version; you currently have version 2.0.0.0 installed.
Check if you installed the following plugins correctly: AmbientDispatch,
You don’t have Albo1125.Common 6.6.4.0 installed. Install it.

Since when did it start doing this?

1-2 months ago, I recently got back into lspdfr, and this exact reason was why I stopped.

And install the latest version of LSPD First Response 0.4.9 (Build 9476) – GTA 3751.

Or uninstall Traffic Policer since it’s no longer up to date, and don’t install albo1125.

Your game, LSPDFR, and RagePluginHook all need to be updated

Even when updating the problem still persists, ai will pull over, but the moment I get out of my car the traffic stop ends.

Tried updating but it didn't seem to fix it.

You seem to be missing a file from a callout addon as well

You have StopThePed and UltimateBackup but not Compulite, which is stated to be required for all three to work correctly

ResistPlus also seems to be causing LSPDFR to get stuck in a loop, try without that

Try them and see how it goes!
