The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Well for me i had to go in windows security and disable real time protection.

At the same time you need to launch RPH as admin, if you do it separatly it won t work.
