    he didn t "just reboot" He completely reset his pc , that's why

    Install the latest RAGENativeUI 1.9.3 (click here).
    Put RageNativeUI.dll into your root GTA V folder.
    If you encounter any problems, post the RagePluginHook.log again, which can be found in the main folder.
    If you use Stop The Ped and Ultimate Backup, you also need Compulite for them to work.
