    Action: Drag and drop the .yft and .ytd files (police.yft, police.ytd, etc.) into this folder in OpenIV.

    Do we need Modding DLC Pack V to have the folder "MODDING" ?

    You could also use patchday1, but the chance is very high some files get overwritten by newer patchdays.
    Thats why recommending the newest patchday, this always works. However older patchdays can work, too.
