Whenever I am trying to start up RPH, I keep getting this error that Windows cannot access the file or I don't have enough permissions to open it. I've tried everything the internet suggested but nothing works. I've already did the thing with the AntiVirus and still not working. I've set myself full permissions to the entire GTAV Enhanced folder and RPH and still not working. I'd appreciate any suggestions and help.

I have disabled my AV entirely, even added my entire GTAV Enhanced file with the RPH into exclusions and everytime after disabling AV i made sure the plugin wasn't in the blocked apps/files that are "suspicious". I can't find the problem when i've done all of this.

Disabling the AV is not advised, only making an exception, did you add the game folder? Not just the GTA V and RPH .exe's

So i put my LSPDFR mod into an entirely new copy of GTAV Enhanced and that file i put into exceptions in AV and unblocked any files in there that were being blocked by my AV, even disabled my AV when trying it because it kept blocking RPH. After i unblocked it, Windows started having problems with it. I kept getting denied access and i've done lot's of ways to try fix it but nothing works. I gave my self full permissions to the entire directory of my GTA and still nothing.

Disabling the AV is probably disabling the exception as well so I wouldn't advise it. What windows issues are you talking about?

Can you screenshot the security tab of the game folder properties?

About the ss, i have given full control to all the users, especially the one i am logged on. Still doesn't help the problem.

Strange, it should usually work at this point.

Out of curiosity are you on Windows 11?

Can you try running RPH as an admin? (preferably when you are loaded into singleplayer first)

I indeed am on Windows 11. I've already tried running RPH as an admin, even when i was loaded into singleplayer and still did not work.

Something has to be up with your configuration as it works fine on W11. I suggest starting with a fresh install, I'm not sure what could be causing it

I've tried deleting and making a new copy of the GTAV Enhanced and still didnt work. I've done atleast 2x fresh install of the entire LSPDFR mod file and still nothing. Im clueless

Something on your PC is blocking it, antivirus or otherwise.
