Im Not 100% positive with where to put this thread but i am aware of the False Positive (Virus Detection) with the new update after the GTA Title Update. My question is since my computer also has a Smart App Control active as well (Literally Deleted new LSPDFR Launcher files when i tried to activate it,) would that possibly allow the new files to bypass that security "wall" as well??

Also, is there a way to notify us (the ones who are waiting) when there is word of microsoft changing credibility?

No, we have absolutely no control and little insight as to Microsoft's decisions. I know they have removed their malware detection, but this is seperate from Smart App Control's determinations.

If Smart App Control is on, you'll have to wait until whenever Microsoft deems you can use RPH/FR (maybe a month or so).

I had the exact same problem with enhanced version since new update Microsoft defender has been quarantine my download saying sever virus I had to turn off defender install the lspdfr download again then install the only way to play it is not having security turned on for windows 11 otherwise if your turn on your defender again it will delete the files and make lspdfr unplayable again until Microsoft comes out with a fix to not false positives lspdfr

If you add the game folder and RagePluginHook.exe as an exception it shouldn't delete the files, but it may be different on Windows 11 as per Nova2727
