Addon Vehicles Crashing Game

Featured Replies

I've tried so many different non-els addon vehicles and they all crash the game when I spawn them in with a menu. I've converted all of them to gen 9 and added the dlc names properly to the dlclist. Are most addon vehicles just not compatible with gtae? Is it the meta files that are crashing the game, or something with the file pathways in the dlc folder that is changed with gtae?

This is the only pack I've gotten to work and it uses an OIV to install https://www.lcpdfr.com/downloads/gta5mods/vehiclemodels/13331-lspd-pack-new-2013-fpis-20132016-explorer-2015-charger-2016-impala-2013-tahoe-2011-cvpi-els-style-lighting/

Thank you!

https://docs.sollumz.org/tutorials/asset-conversion-for-gtav-enhanced#troubleshooting
The troubleshooting section of sollumz guide for converting to gen9 covers some things that need to be checked off in a sense to be compatible within Enhanced. In Legacy there wasn't many limitations so devs could go above & beyond but in Enhanced, there are more limitations and thus going past the limits will cause crashes.

I figured it was a limitation thing with enhanced, thank you for the reply!

Apologies for the late reply!

I'm not 100% on it myself but I believe there are still a lot of issues with using addon vehicles on enhanced.

Replying late myself haha

I figured this was the case, I just wanted to know if it was a me thing or enhanced thing, thanks!
