Ouxlaw's post in RPH not working was marked as the answerthe last part tells me that you may have a "GTA5.exe" file in your Enhanced folder. RagePluginHook for Enhanced can not hook if a "GTA5.exe" file exists so I suggest you rename it to "_GTA5.exe" when you launch RagePluginHook and then rename it back when you need to use OpenIV.

Ouxlaw's post in Any way to add police vehicles without using Open IV(Gta 5 Enhanced) was marked as the answerYou can use ZEnhanced on GTA5mods which will create a compatible for OpenIV GTA5.exe file in your Enhanced directory (Note: RagePluginHook on Enhanced doesn't hook to the game if a file called "GTA5.exe" exists so rename it to "_GTA5.exe" when you launch RagePluginHook). Alternatively, you can launch OpenIV on a legacy folder and press File > Open Folder and just open the Enhanced folder.
None of the cars on the lcpdfr site will work on Enhanced (gen9) as they are made for legacy which is gen8. You will need to convert the cars which come with other problems, Enhanced has new limitations so you will need to find a holy grace of a vehicle to convert. Also, ELS does not work on Enhanced so don't bother trying to convert ELS cars. However, DLS does work which is better anyway in my opinion.

Stop The Ped doesn't work on Enhanced because Enhanced has new different memory patterns compared to Legacy, Ultimate Backup works because it doesn't need to use those memory patterns. Bejoljo has essentially abandoned the community as well with no sign of updating anything. If you wish to use Stop The Ped then your best bet is to go Legacy.

Ouxlaw's post in Problem after installing ESL was marked as the answerELS does not work on GTA Enhanced as far as I know. It will keep showing that error I think AdvancedHookV needs to be ported for Enhanced for it to work. If you wish to use ELS then switch back to GTA Legacy.
