When you installed ScriptHook and ScriptHookDOTNet did you ensure to copy all files over? Someone recently had a similar issue and they never installed the x_input.dll that came with scripthook

i only installed scripthook not scripthookdotnet is that why its not showing up?

In my opinion, you should reinstall GTA 5 Legacy and create a fresh and clean copy. Download the latest version of LSPD First Response 0.4.9 (Build 9476) - GTA 3751(click here) (how to install click here) and install it in the new copy. If you have done all of this correctly, it should work without any problems.

• Make sure you have the latest version of .NET Framework installed.

• Make sure everything is fully up to date.
