I'm downloading lspdfr and getting an error message: server issue

Unfortunately, the Russian Government is throttling bandwidth to the ISPs that our servers use. The only way around it would be a VPN at the moment.

I'm not sure what you are saying, is the issue with downloading the mod or installing it?

Unfortunately the only way to download it from Russia at the moment is to get a VPN that will allow it. If you are having trouble installing the mod into your game however, you can create a support topic, just ensure to include your RagePluginHook.log from your game directory

It may be that the VPN is blocked also, you might have to try a different VPN

Yes, YouTube will probably work, but our Website and download servers are different. There is nothing we can do about it on our end, you will have to find a VPN or Proxy that works

then why did lspdfr load fine before the update for gta 5, using the VPN I have now, I can load mods, but not lspdfr itself. why then do mods load from the website using the VPN I have now? when you say I need a different one

We have no idea what the Russian Government does or doesn't block. Sometimes it will work, sometimes it won't. There's nothing we can do about it on our end unfortunately

So you're saying that the Russian government can block lspdfr, but not mods?

Is it possible that it's not installing because of the mods in my folder?

I think you may be confusing installing and downloading. If there's an issue with installing the mod please make a thread in the support section and we can try to assist
