Those where from the old RCMP Pack, I do believe they have new ones but I could be wrong.

 

I am working on making my own cohesive texture pack at the moment, so I am not doing too mach with the RCMP Clan anymore

Oh my I totally forgot about this thread, my settings from then are not relevant anymore, I am recording these days in Fullscreen mode, and I am using Bandicam instead of Fraps ( well except for GTA Videos, for whatever reason Bandicam doesn't like My GTA or vice versa) I also changed the editing software I am using from what I used a few months back
