The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

 i don't know how i check yes my rage is updated i don't know about my plugins tho

    You should try doing what Lenny said and rename mods to _mods and try again.

    Rename it back to mods and do the following:

    1. Install the Gameconfig, Heap Adjuster, and Packfile Adjuster.
    2. If that does not work, remove what you have installed recently to the mods folder one by one and test after each removal.

    3. If you still cannot find the issue, you will have to restart the mods folder.
